Hi its me again. Ive been on my iva for 2 years in august 2008 and i have another 3 years to go this is a really long time and im struggling to keep up with my payments. I am getting old and want to settle down but my iva gets in the way of this as i have to continue to work work work. I am considering going bankcrupt but really am unsure has anyone been bankcrupt and would this be a wise option

It may well be a wise option for you Hayley if you are currently struggling with your payments, but it would be a shame as you have already paid for two years. Why not see if the payments could be lowered to become more manageable first?

Do you have any assets which would be at risk under bankruptcy proceedings?
