hi all

could not get on yesterday but seems common problem glad its sorted cos i need ya all.

i am slightly confused by some posts i have been reading people have mentioned thier IVA and it sounds seperate to thier partners are you able to do this as mine was rejected due to lees being rejected even though mine was 100% in favour

Hi Julie
Was it all worked out to have one monthly payment for the two of you. Therefore two separate ivas but intertwined, if so maybe that is why. We have one like that but was luckily accepted,but only just.

Hi
If your partners IVA is rejected but yours accepted then it will affect your ability to pay your IVA because your partner will still be expected to service his debts in full and hence reduce your combined disposible income.
