Reading through the postings today I thought I would let you know that one of the companies heavily berated for rejecting IVA proposals has just started seeking out mortgage lending on a sub prime basis, something they have never done before. I received their literature and thought it odd that they knock back IVA applications (based on what I am reading here) and now are actively seeking to lend to clients with these very same conditions. Could it be they are seeing such an increase in this market that there is a possibility to make even more monies? The rates were not that impressive I might add. -Tony

It was actually a company that you seem to have no problem getting IVA proposals through but others struggle with, I have never known them even consider accepting any business of this type before. I am going to do some digging for information from the BDM that I use with them and try and find out a bit more.
