I currently have loans up to 50,000 pounds. I now live in austraia and it is a stuggle to keep up the repayments would IVA be an option? Can I do this out of the country

You will not be able to propose an IVA in the UK. There is a similar procedure in Australia so have a look on the Australian Insolvency Service website for options.
