I HAVE DEBTS OF AROUND 50000 POUNDS, BUT I WISH TO AVOID SELLING MY CAR IF I UNDERTAKE AN IVA..IS THIS AVOIDABLE?

That depends upon its value, but so long as you are talking about something worth up to say £8,000, which is needed for transport to and from work, this is not usually a problem.
