can i get an iva to cover VAT and income tax bills that are outstanding and i owe £3500 electric on my business with a right of entry to dissconnect 23 april will a intrim court order stop this from happening indefinately a business solution company has told me all of this is legal and can be done by them for a fee of £2350 but some one else said vat tax cant go to iva and intrim order only keeps them out for a day or two please could you let me know thanks.

Hi philj and welcome to the forum
If you propose an IVA you must include all of your creditors both personal and business debts. An interim order will stop the electricity provider cutting off your supply, but you need to move fast and get an IP on board to represent you immediately.
These things take time to put in place, so find someone who has experience of dealing with such cases and can act quickly- and you should only need to pay the costs of an interim order - £130, not £2,350 up front!
