Great news I had my F&F settlement accepted mid month but now that’s sorted I’d like to build my credit report (I know the iVa will last on record for 5 years) when am I allowed to start taking small credit to build, the payment for settlement has been received their end but do I need to wait for the completion certificate first? Don’t want to effect anything.

Congratulations !
