Hello! Just wondering if anyone can tell me if a full and final settlement offer can come from more than one person? Both of my parents would like to pay equal amounts, is this possible or should they organise between themselves and then I go to StepChange with an offer from one person? I will be offering the full amount of what is left of my IVA payments. Thank you!

There is no reason why they cannot both contribute. But, if they do so individually, they will both have to submit evidence of the existence of the funds ( bank statements) and both proof of ID and address for money laundering purposes.
