Can anyone help me with the wording on a F+F settlement letter to our case manager. I don't want to say anything wrong. I have explained the situation on a previous forum I think you can view it from my member name. I have rang the case manager on Friday and asked if I can speak to the IP and they said I have to go through the case manager who will forward everything to the IP who will then make a decision. I want to put it in writing but am not sure how to word it all.

Hi
You just need to say that your parents have offered to loan you 14k on condition that it is used to settle your IVA,as you are finding it difficult to manage with the ongoing paments.Your disposible payments will then be used to repay your parents.State that the money is available as soon as the variation meeting has been agreed.
You need to also ask if your IP feels that the 14k offer will be sufficient.
Good luck
