Hi, i'm just about to start proceedings towards an IVA and I need to change my bank account, My creditors are, Lloyds tsb, Marks and Spencer, Barclaycard, Egg and Goldfish, I am unsure who egg is linked too and have appled for a HALIFAX Easycash Account are any of my Creditors linked to Halifax

Hi
Bank of Scotland is linked with Halifax, Sainsbury’s Bank, Capital Bank, Intelligent Finance, Gus Finance, AA Financial Services and Renault Financial Services.

Hi,
I changed mine to Alliance & Leicester, and have never looked back. Even if they start you on one of their accounts where they only give you a solo card, they automatically update it to debit card account after 6 months if you keep the account in good order. That happened to a friend of mine and she even had a CCJ.

Andy is correct, Halifax are owned by Bank of Scotland which together is known as HBOS. Egg on the other hand are owned by Prudential, the creditors you have listed are quite receptive to IVA proposals.
