if i can remotgage my home is it possible to make an offer to get out of my iva early

This may be possible depending upon the terms of your IVA, and the circumstances which lead you to want/need to make an offer of early settlement. Are you struggling with the monthly payments, and is there a final year equity release provision included within your IVA?
