I have just spoken to my new case officer at payplan Hayley (sounds very nice) and very imformative and they will be in contact every 3 months to see how i am getting on.I sent them an email yesterday and got a replie today.Very different to debtmatters,Starting off on the right foot.Mindyou I am very grateful to debtmatters for getting my proposal accepted in the first place,So not all sour grapes.

Hi Phil, I have found payplan very helpful. I had a few issues at first, with getting response to my emails, but since i mentioned this, I've had no problems. They are very helpful, and efficient.
