Hi tinytori,

I know that this is a stressful time for you but you have to stay positive and dwell on things that are in your control.

You have taken the steps needed to sort out your debt problem, you should be proud of yourself.

Don’t give up now when you are so close to solving your debt problems.

Best Regards. IVA Experts

Hi TinyTori

What stage are you at with your IVA?

Try to keep positive, there are so many examples of people who have solved their debt difficulties through IVAs and other means on this site, try to take the positives out of their experiences.

Best Regards

Me too tinytori!
My mind is racing about all the things that could go wrong( and I'm usually a "glass-half-full sort")
My IP has rightly said I am spending too much time on the forum, and therefore fuelling my anxieties about possible disaster.
I am off work for the next 6 weeks with my kids, so I am going to try hard not to worry too much, not to spend too much and have a great time with them, whilst our IP can worry about the IVA!
In fact just back from park, with three dolls' prams, nice walk, and didn't spend a dime!

Hi tinytori
Your feelings are normal but hopefully this time next week you will have good news. Try not to worry as your IP will have put your best offer forward (I know it's easier said than done) Like Ang says try to keep busy.Best of luck

WOW

I thought using pen names meant we had some protection of our identity!

Did not realise our IP's are now watching us!

BIG BROTHER comes to mind!

The site is open to everyone I guess, but I really think its important to come here looking for reassurance when you feel so alone. Dont worry Tori you are now worrying about the final hurdle instead of being desperate and not knowing where to start. Barriers are something you see when you take your eye off the goal. You will get there one way or the other, stay focussed, we are all rooting for you.

Good luck for the 30th and remember how far you have come.

Nothing to hide; being upfront; so no need to worry.

Good luck Tinytori, I'm sure everything will be fine - if your IP wasn't confident that your IVA would be accepted they wouldn't have put it forward.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

skippy is right, they wouldn't give it the time of day if they really didn't think it would succeed. you might get a slight variation like i did but nothing to worry about.

good luck all will be well
