I,ve lost count of the number of people who have posted the same feelings as you regarding their creditors meeting date. Its just so normal.
Relax, you can ask as many ifs, buts and whats as you want but it will not change anything. You have done all that you can so leave it to your IP,they have a huge financial incentive to get your IVA approved.
                     Good luck
                            Regards

				Hello Donna
Its easy for me to say stay calm, youre doing all you can but when youre pacing up and down, watching the clock, visiting the loo, it does not feel like it. Its up to the creditors now and your IP, hopefully it will be OK. Good luck.

				Donna,
Today will feel like a month and the 20 mins your meeting is on will feel like most of it. But the relief afterwards is fantastic, I never really realised till the next day that in 60 payments I would be debt free for probably the 1st time in 20 years.
Good Luck and keep us posted.

Really sorry that this is happening, you owe yourself a cry and deserve one, I really feel for you. You tried, northern rock seem to be a difficult creditor, youre not alone, you can always join the people on the chat area. (should be renamed NR and synergi victim support).

I don't even know who KPMG are! Apparently IP is saying they will look into representing and reasons why it failed but won't really know much till next week. Capital One have sent a default notice, now I don't know what to do!

I believe they are the representatives who cast the vote on behalf,(my IVA never got this far) a default notice is sent to you because you have broken the agreement you signed, they do this before taking further action, it takes quite a while before they do this though. I have had around 4 of them, dont worry its just part of the course, is bankruptcy and option for you? The only other thing if the IVA is beyond you is a DMP.
Good luck, theres info on this site and people that can advise.
