Hi All

My IVA has just been accepted :-)

All creditors voted yes but there are a number of modifications that need to be sorted, my representatives said they would not affect the IVA going through and where about fees and wordings and my take a day or two to sort

Can any advise if this is normal and nothing to worry about

Mikey

Hi Mikey
Great news,it's normal to receive mads but as your IP states none are going to affect you directly

Hi Mikey,

Congratulations on your IVA being approved, you must feel great!! Modifications are normal in IVA approvals, you are lucky that none of the modifications include you and the amount you pay.

I would think that its just about the I.P fees and making sure certain clauses are in there etc.
