hi everyone,
had the call first thing this morning to say that my creditors meeting is now underway even though it was scheduled for 11.00am.
feeling very nervous to the outcome as i have only just got up
out of bed.
Sarah is chairing the meeting instead of Melanie and hopefully i will get the call at 11.00am.
i am near my PC to find out if their are any modifications and have poured myself a stiff drink as i have taken 1 days annual leave from my job for this.
£23500 to HSBC,CAPITAL ONE,MINT,NATWEST and GE MONEY proposing 55p(£300) for the 60 months.
I feel more nervous than when i did 2 Bungee Jumps.

I remember the feeling of waiting for the result of the meeting. I am sure everything will be fine, try not to worry.

Just remember that 80% of all IVA's get accepted. I am sure you will be one of them!!

isn't it funny ,i am sitting here watching "THIS MORNING" and at the time that i will most probably get the call they are showing a woman who has run up £100,000 OF DEBT on loads of credit cards.
How WEIRD!! and IRONIC IS THAT!!!!

Good News, i have just had my IVA APPROVED!!
they wanted an extra £45 pounds on top of my agreed proposal but i new that may happen anyway.
From what i gather nearly all the creditors voted yes to my proposal even MBNA.
I have just cut down on my SKY TV Package
to the £21 one and who cares i can still watch Live Football on ITV and Match of the Day also my Dad has SKY so i will watch the Football down there instead.
I am glad that it is all over with as far as the setting up is concerned and i am awaiting my Chairmans Report to see what the % was..
Can now live within my means and will NEVER!!!
touch credit again.
with credit cards at the end of the day you still have to PAY IT ALL BACK!!!plus INTEREST!!
I can now move forward at last and look forward to the rest of my life.
I would like to say a big THANK YOU!!to all the IVA Advice Bureau Team Melanie, Sarah , Tina and
Angela who i have pestered with some ridiculous phonecalls through worry.
I have made my 1st Payment already so now i can say 59 more to go and look forward to 2012.

Brilliant News, sleep well tonight and have a lovely evening and relax a little now.
Hope you have a good I&E and have lots of fun learning to budget, and paying (with real cash) for the stuff you need. It is amazing how you do think twice about buying something when you are buying with your own cash.
