finally creditors meeting 27feb at 1.00pm offering 40.5p in the pound thats 200 for 10mths and 318 for the remaining this is for a debt of 29000 what does anybody think

Hi we had Natwest (they voted)Littlwoods(they voted but passed debt to different company)Creation voted,Next didnt vote,aqua didnt vote.

Hi there
Good luck for your creditors meeting, I hope all goes well on the day. Try to keep busy but when you do get the call make sure you are somewhere quiet and you can concentrate and discuss any modifications that may arise (have a pad and pen handy to, as if you are anything like me you will forget something![:)])
I have Citi for a personal loan and a credit card and they did not vote on either, this was good as the loan was quite large in terms of my overall debt.

The only one of these I had was Cap 1 and they accepted.
40.5p is a good offer, so lots of luck!
Use this time to throw any questions you have at your IP.
