Hi, are there any iva companies you can deal with over email or text? I do remember seeing someone commenting they had used such a company but can't seem to find anything.

Most firms will operate via email and text, but they will probably like a chat on the phone at some stage. They used to have a face to face meeting, but this is no longer a requirement.

As I recall my phone contact with my firm was pretty much non-existant after the I&E ( which is far easier if discussed on the phone as you can play with the numbers in real time).

Most first are digital these days. As Foggy says a physical meeting is no longer a requirement.
