Hi all. Wow what a difference a week makes. Our IVA was accepted last Tuesday and I have only received 1 phone call from my creditors.
It is great being able to answer the phone now without worrying what to say to them. I don't even look at the caller display anymore. I know it will be a tough 5 years but it can't be any worse than worrying about letters and phone calls all the time. I have actually started to sleep again.
When I get my report on who voted etc I will let you know.

How long did the process take Debt Debt Debt and who were your creditors if you dont mind me asking?

Started with IP end of november. Not bad considering the post over Christmas. Don't know who voted yet but

It is an amazing relief I know, while proposing my iva I got so used to the endless calls daily and stacks of post.
After iva was accepted the relief was immense and had a few calls but these quickly died down.

My poor postie pre iva used to have to knock on the door as he would have been so long posting the big stack of daily letters through the door. Now I can go a few days with no post at all.......pure bliss[:D]

I have just paid my 4th payment and feel so happy and settled now.
