Hi,

This is the first time that I've posted but have been ready the messages and discussions on the forum for the past few months. Just wanted to say a big thanks as it has given me support in the darkest of hours and when I've been feeling really really low.

Our IVA was approved yesterday with almost 90%. My husband and I entered into a joint business IVA after having our proposal rejected the first time back in October. Unfortunately, we took bad advice and went with Debt Matters when really we should have approached somebody more able to deal with a business related IVA proposal.

Our combined business debt is in excess of 300k so you can imagine what a relief it has been to have this accepted finally. Bankruptcy was not an option for us (it's a complicated, long story!)

Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks and that this forum is a fantastic support.

Now looking forward to getting our lives back on track and focusing on the positives.

Hi maybeme and welcome to the forum

It's great news to hear that after a false start you eventually got the result you were looking for, and a reminder to other forum members to check if your IP has experience in dealing with your type of issue.

Hi maybeme

Thats great news[:)], shame you had to go through the process twice[:(]
Good luck on your path to debt freedom

I was reading the forum for ages before I first posted and found it a tremendous support as lots of questions you have are getting asked all the time...

...I wonder how many readers who don't post there are......the mind boggles[:)]
