Can i sell stuff on e-bay and keep the sale proceeds, or is this still classed as a "windfall"???

Hi Vikir,

If you are selling things that belong to you like you would at a car boot so you can declutter then you get to keep 100% of the money you make on our beloved Ebay[:o)]

If however you want to start a business buying and selling on stuff then obviously this would be classed as earnings.

Hope that heelps and Happy Ebaying[:)]

Just started my IVA as from 12.10.07

Yeah, we had a bit of a declutter after Christmas, and I checked with my IP and she said it was fine to keep the money.
