Our Iva has been accepted! Claire just phoned me with the good news and I am very, very happy! A few minor modifications related to the level of fees and a modification related to us: our Iva will be 6 years because of Northern Roc but we were almost certain this was going to happen so it is not a shock at all. Huge thank you to Melanie and her team for their excellent work and thank you all of you here for your support and advise, I am very grateful.
