26p in the pound. with a few mods i have to sign.
also with a 5p increase value if the reports come back different? im worried about this TBH - i gave all the details of my loans and cards to my ip shouldnt they of sorted exaclty how much i owe out?
either way i a happy bunny today.
also - im getting a payrise in the next few months - will my ip take all my rise away from me?

Hi R1chard
Thats good news about your IVA,I have not come across the 5p increased dividend provision but suspect that this is to cover any changes in total debts between your original proposal and amounts claimed.I guess if this happens you will have to extend your payments by several months.
Your payrise may well have to go into your IVA but many IPs allow until the anniversery before changing payments.

I would be very helpful if you could post details of who your creditors are and how they voted, because 26p dividend is exceptionally good these days.

Hi R1chard,
Congratulations,
I think Andy is right, that must be to cover changes in your debts.
I would clarify that with your IP.
All the best!
