YEEEEESSSS !! [:D][:D]
Proposal accepted (what a great 3rd post!).
TiX uplifted by £28 (which I was expecting anyway) and IP's fees took a battering. Other than that all 14 creditors voted YES!
Better still, first payment is expected in January, so this month won't be as tight as I first thought ( having paid some creditors payments at the beginning of the mont an IVA installment as well would have been a bit tight!! ).

well done now just concentrate on getting to the end by hook or by crook.
i just tell myself i have just taken out a 5 year loan and you know how easy that was[:D]
keep posting m8 to let all the other wouldbe iva contestants know that it can be done

Technically, as most were represented by TiX (including the major creditor), 3 by Grant Thornton, Sandander for itself and 1 by KMPG, there were reallly only 4 voters. TiX alone would have covered about 60% and, between them TiX and KMPG would have made up the 75% needed for agreement (so were really in a position to call the shots!)
