Just wanted to share some good news. Told to be available from 11am, got the phone call from Clear Debt at 1207, IVA accepted but requested to extend from 5-6 years. Thank you Clear Debt, particularly Mike and Anna [:D][:D][:D][:D][:D]

Cheers guys and gals. Have been coming on here for some time now whilst waiting for acceptance. Everyone has contributed in some way towards helping my wife and I making this decision. We know it will be tough, especially for yrs, but we have the team at Clear Debt and this forum.

Congratulations on being accepted, my creditor meeting is next tuesday so I will be knowing exactly how you felt today.

well done to you and to Clear Debt. Pity about the 6 year term but it does seems to be creeping in a lot and there is not much the IP can do about it.

We had ours approved through cleardebt on Monday and the relief is immense! Do as we did, enjoy a little tipple this evening[:)]
