We have today had our IVA approved and what a feeling it is. Haven't slept properly since our meeting date came through. A huge thank you to Melanie, Hywel and Angela for all the help and support they have given us. It took us a long time to decide to do something about our debt but now I wonder why we waited. I still have 5 years to pay but we are paying half of what we were and I can now look forward to a worry free christmas. We know it's going to take time and commitment but we can now see the light.
Thank you again to Melanie and her team.

Had my first creditor phone call today since my IVA was in place. What a feeling to tell them it's all sorted and in place and please stop bothering me. The operator just hung up....now thats great customer service for you. Keep em coming i'm on a roll.
