Hi. This is the first time I have posted but having found the forum such a help recently I felt I should share my good news.

I didn't dare discuss it before but yesterday I got the call to say it was approved. Waiting for the formal report but 8 out of 10 voted yes with pretty standard modifications and 2 didn't vote at all. Such a relief I can't quite take it in!

By the way Mercers called today. I told them my IVA was approved and they still asked for a payment!!!!

Congratulations on your IVA! That feeling is wonderful isn't it?

I had exactly the same with Mercers. Four hours after my approval they called, I told them and they also asked for a payment. Needless to say they didn't get one!
