Hi All
Promised I'd let you all know how I get on so to summarise I owe 68k (ouch!) to 7 main creditors offering £0.40 in pound although I owe £12k to HSBC and 9k to Liverpool Victoria and Nationwide 15k amongst others. Also 5k to Abbey from last five months hope they don't vote no because loan was so recent. So anyway fingers crossed for 12:30 Monday will keep you all posted.

Hi All
Well my IVA has just been approved all be it with a slightly higher payment of £0.46 in the £ instead of £0.40.
Abbey, Alliance and Leicester, First Direct, HSBC, Nationwide and even Liverpool Vicotria all voted yes. The contributions increase was requested by Abbey, A and L and Nationwide.
I'd like to thank Thomas Charles and Accuma for dealing with this so professionally and whilst it has honestly been the most stressful eight weeks of my life I think it would have been more so without such excellent service from these companies. My thanks to Melanie on these forums too for good advice when I've been really low and stressed.
Have just sent my first payment via internet banking so 59 more to go until freedom!
Thanks again! x
