hi everyone, I have just completed mine and my husbands forms tonight ready to go off in the post first thing tomorrow. We are hoping to get an IVA to solve our hideous debt problem. Now I am really nervous as I don't know what to expect from here. How long does it roughly take, I know each case is different. One thing that did make me chuckle tonight was when i rang MBNA for a balance (thought I owed them about £800) and found out that i was £76 in credit!![:D]

wow bet that was a surprise..

think it took us about 7 - 8 weeks in all but it took a while to get some statements etc.. hope all goes ok.
