Up again at 5.30 this morning, feeling about as good as weather outside!! Our creditors meeting is at 1pm on Monday and starting to feel sick. I was in the Army and had to deal with some bad things, but this, [:(]

Don't want the wife to sense how I feel, we have no secrets but I am really apprehensive about this and I don't want to worry her as I know it will keep her awake for the whole weekend.

We talk it all through on an evening 'cos I know it helps to reassure her, we look at posts on the site and it makes us laugh again [:D] I just want the day to get here now and we can hopefully start our lives again. Keep up the posting folks, it really is the best forum on the net.

Over 90% of all IVA cases are now being accepted, so I am sure you will be fine on Monday. Given your very positive mental attitidue, which is very apparant through your postings, I am sure you will sail through it!

try not to think about it BoT.. try and enjoy your weekend and I'm sure by Monday night, you'll wonder what all the fuss was about!!

I'll have to try and take my own advise when my date eventually comes around!!

It's natural to think 'what if..', but you're in good hands.

hello everyone does anyone know what a money judgement order mean. iam going bankrupt and i have a mortgage with n/rock and a secure loan with picture. and chris g kindly show me someone who picture took them to court and the judge gave them this. HELP PLEASE!!!

I know exactly how you are feeling, but it really is not as worrying as you might think. as Melanie says 90% are being accepted, i did not think i was going to be accepted, but your IP would not propose this if they did not think it would go through, honestly try and chill (easier said then done) i made myself ill for a week before by stressing to much, and now i think well there was no need to worry Sending positive thoughts to you x

A money judgement order is similar to a CCJ but only allows for the collection of monies and not the possession of goods. It usually relates to mortgage shortfalls.

Hi again B O T , what you are feeling is completely normal, I was the same and felt really sick on the day of the meeting. Afterwards it took me quite a while to settle down as I think all the turmoil and stress you go through proposing your iva comes down to a single phone call and its hard to believe thats it!
I am sure you will be fine as Melanie says the vast majority of proposals are accepted, so try to not let it take over your weekend.

Keep busy on Monday and have a pen and paper ready on Monday in case you get any modifications you need to discuss, and remember you don't have to agree there and then on the phone, if you get any mods you can have a think about it before agreeing, so don't feel under and presure.
