what does a proposal consist of its just that 3 weeks ago my ip sent me some forms to answer and to sign ie why i wanted an iva and not bankruptsy also why i didnt want a dmp is this part of the proposal as not recieved anything since

IPs have to demonstrate that they have given you good advice about all of the options available to you, in case there is any accusation of mis-selling at a later stage. This is not part of the proposal, but a very necessary first step to receiving a proposal. You need to telephone them on Monday to ascertain what progress is being made.
