Hi
First time post so here goes.
Currently on DMP with cccs thinking of going on IVA. Paying 230pm on DMP.48K of debt. DMP joint plan myself and partner.
Largest debt handed to debt recovery firm others as they were, would it be a problem that the biggest debt is with debt recovery firm also the majority of the others are relatively small debts in comparison with the exception of Abbey.Worried that the larger creditors will refuse IVA due to the ammounts owed in comparison to the others

Hi there and welcome
If you can post your income and your amount left after living costs taken out, dont include any debt payments, who creditors are and if you own your own property and is ther any equity then you will get advice on possible solutions. Also if debts are joint.

That would be too low a contribution for the majority of IP's to take on, are CCCS suggesting that they will propose this for you?
