Hi Nic,
I not 100% sure but your supervisor will be the person who will manage your account until the end of the IVA and liase between you and your IP for eg calculate your I & E, monitor your payments etc.
I sure one of the experts will be more specific.
We are made wise not by the recollection of our past, but by the responsibility for our future.

Hi Nic,
To be honest I dont think there is much difference, your supervisor may be the person who handles your enquiries, correspondance etc whilst the I.P is person who negotiates with the creditors and knows what they would allow etc.

Hi Mel
Am I correct in that the chairman at the creditors meeting is not the IP ?

Well it is in my office Andy, but in the larger companies they probably have specific staff members who are tasked to act as Chairman.
