I was given money for a holiday from my parents for myself and children - will this count as income for my IVA?

No - so long as you can prove that it was a gift.

Hello,

As long as you can prove that this is a gift from your parents or friends then I don't think this should be handed over to the I.P. You could possibly prove this through bank statements or a letter.
