i have been in a iva since november 2004,in my last year i have to release about £23000 to clear any interests in my house by my crediters.i am currently paying £566 per month.can i ask my superviser for a early settlement figure and pay off the rest of the iva early.thanks denis

Hi
You can,the proble that you have is that your creditors may prefer your IVA orun it's course as they will get 60 paymens plus a slice of your equity.If you can offer a figure that will be equivelent to this then you stand a good chance or if you can show that there is a danger that your IVA will not run the full term then again this stands a good chance of success.
Have a word with your IP and make sure that it is your actual IP that you speak to and not a case worker
