can you fill in an iva apllication from outside of the country?

I think you are going to have to have a permanent UK address

The answer is yes, but the reasons for this are fairly technical and will depend upon your individual circumstances. Take specialist advice from an insolvency practitioner with experience of cross-border insolvency.
