What happens to my IVA if I leave the country to work overseas and become resident in another country?

Hi
That really depends on you.
You can continue to pay it when you are abroad or not.
If you do not intend on paying then you could file for bankruptcy before you move to tidy up your affairs

Hi Helen

Do you envisage that your intended move will affect your ability to continue making your IVA payments? If not, then you just carry on as normal. I have clients as far away as Australia that we actually have more contact with than ones in our own city!
