We have received our IPA agreement etc. The letter states that they did not accept a couple of payments which we expected. They also have revised certain other payments "in line with national expenditure" They have not explained how much they have disallowed for each of these payments so we don't know what our revised I&E is.
(Although it does say how much they want from us each month.)Is this normal, or should we request a copy of the revised figures? We are relatively happy with the payment request, but would need to know these allowed figures should we have to do another I&E in the future.Basically I wish that I understood how they worked out the figures.
