You're lucky to have so little debt and taken advice early too and doing something about it. You don't need no IVA....leave it to CCCS You'll be debt free in no time....

Hi Andy.m2 and Welcome,
Unfortunately you are not eligable to consider an IVA, as the minimum amount of debt need is c£15,000 over at least 3 creditors. However this is a good thing for you as you will be able to continue paying off your debts in a DMP.
What is your disposable income (income minus living expenses)??

You are unlikely to find an IP who will be able to take your case on becuase of the relatively small amount of debt that you have. Options available for you could be either continuing to pay through an informal debt repayment plan, or possibly making yourself bankrupt if you are insolvent.
Best Regards
Oliver

Why not try a Court administered Administration Order. These are ideal for debts less than £5,000 and tend to have more legal bearing with creditors.
