HI WOULD LIKE SOME INFO I FILED BAKRUPTCY AROUND 6 YEARS AGO NOW AND NOW AM IN TROUBLE AGAIN NO FAULT OF MY OWN AND FAMILY THINGS WHAT HAPPENED SMALL BANK LOAN HAS TURNED IN TO MASSIVE PAYMENTS WHAT AM REALLY HAVING TROUBLE MEETING WITH CAREFULL CONSIDERATION AM IN STAGE NEED TO FILE FOR SECOND TIME AM ARE ABLE TO DO SO AND WHAT WILL IT MEAN DOING IT AGAIN ANY HELP BE GREATFULL ITS MAKING ME ILL

You can go bankrupt again but not sure what the legal implication will be.

You can definitley go bankrupt a second time, would you like to post some more information so we can advise if this is the best option for you. What is your amount of debt? your disposable income amount? Who are you crediors?

There is no problem in declaring yourself bankrupt a second time, but do expect to have a bit of a grilling by the OR who will be keen to understand the reasons why this has happened again.
