Does an IVA affect your job. Would your employer know if you had entered into an IVA.

It does depend on the job you have and also what is in your Contract of Employment. From what I have read though it does seem the majority of jobs are relatively unaffected.
with regards to your employer knowing - unless they read the Insolvency register and search for oyur specifically, I don't think they would find out.

Hello
An IVA is unlikely to affect your employment but to be certain you will need to discuss this with the a member of your HR department or consult the terms and conditions of your contract of employment.
Unless you are including your employer as a creditor it is unlikely that they would find out about your IVA.
