Hi sostressed
Your creditors meeting is called by your IP for all your creditors to vote for or against your proposed IVA. Normally these are done by proxy, or letter or telephone call. Although sometimes letters sent out to you will ask you to be in attendance, the norm would be that you should be available telephonically for your IP to contact you to notify you of the outcome. They will discuss any modifications with you (if there are any) and it is then up to you to accept or decline.
Good luck for the 19th.

Hi there
I was just available by phone all day to be informed of the outcome and to discuss any modifications.
I went to work as usual, but I am in sales on the road so was able to take call in private in car. I found it helped to be focusing on work and not sitting waiting for the call. As it happened I was so busy that day I did not have time to worry about it at all that morning.
I wish you all the best for your meeting on the 19th
