Hi Melanie
My daughter told me yesterday that my son has made enquiried for an IVA ... bless him. I'm not sure the advice he is receiving is correct or in his interests and it has made me realise just how vulnerable people starting out on the IVA journey are ... there's me sounding like a geriatric IVAer ... which I do feel like sometimes. I have urged my daughter to get my son to call you and have sent him the link to your website ... do you need to know his name, and is it ok to post it here?
Hoping to see you next week in Reading
Debbie

Hi Debbie
It would be better for him to make contact with me directly via the website, and I or one of my colleagues would be delighted to have a chat with him. To protect the identity of your son, why not just give us his initials on the site, and then we can easily identify him when he makes contact.
It sounds to me as if he just needs a chat to point him in the right direction, but if more formal support is required we will also be delighted to help.
So glad you are going to Reading. I will be nagging you for an update on the male undertaker front, so do make sure you have progress to report!!!

Thanks Melanie ... My son's surname is the same as mine and his first name is the same as the man father Christmas is based on!!
No developments yet on the Funeral Director ... no-one has since died from the undertakers concerned!!! I did go through a period of being stalked by one of the crem chapel attendants during the summer though!!! It all happens!!
Wasn't ignoring your offer of talking to the relative person at Mc C Duffy ... wanted to meet with you in person first
