Hi

Did post this under another thread but think it got missed

Does anyone know if First Direct have a vote in their own right or whether their vote would be included as part of HSBC's as we owe money to both

They both vote in their own right unless the debt has been sold on,if this happens you can have one company voting for several debts that they have purchased.

The debts from First Direct and HSBC haven't been sold on yet

The only one of ours so far is Sygma Bank's which max recovery have bought
