Hi there kev.k
I have seen arecent post and it is fine to order and pay on receipt for goods as long as you pay and keep a zero balance, as for the buy now pay in six months that may be different I would think you would be credit checked and would not pass anyway. The best thing to do is call your company and ask for their opinion that way you will do nothing to jeopardise your iva.

Speak to you IP as your expenditures on cards are recorded on the credit ref agency. There maybe a clause in your IVA to say all cards be cancelled or returned.

So long as you can pay the bill in full when it is due, I cannot see a problem with this personally, so long as you keep the spending to a modest limit - say £100. But your own IP may have different views so check with them first.

You will need to ask your IP this - but suggest that you don't mention this is due to Christmas. Are you going to receive lower salary whilst you are off sick?

Hi there
If you are pay as you go then you may find it difficult to get a contrract phone as they tend to be credit checked.
