From how i understand it you pay an IPA on anything over you expenditure (+99 quid).

Now take this scenario, a man earns 1500 a month, but can and has made 2-500 extra a month, so now he has done his expenditure and has been agread with the oficial reciver that t comes to say, 1450 a month.

Now the O/R looks at his wage slips and says right then, you have extra everymonth, you have to have an IPA.

Tha man says, but we are not busy at wok and i wont be getting any overtime for the next 6 months, so i will be on from now on my basic, what happens?

You simply advise the OR of your current level of salary and let them readjust the IPA payments.
