my wife has gone bankrupt,does this mean the house which we rent out becomes mine now.and all the depts on it?
Sorry I don't quite understand your post, please clarify if you and your wife jointly own your home? If so what is the value of it and the levely of unsecured debt? Do you and your wife also have unsecured debts held jointly?
