When you file for bankruptcy, does your name and address go in the paper, or just your name?

Yes your name, the road you live on, town etc.. and your occupation will appear in the local paper.

Hi mine went in the local paper last week, it was my full name, address, occupation and preivous address if in the last 5 years different. I did blush when i saw it and prayed no one from work did either. No one said anything at all to me. Mine was towards the back of the paper amongst the local ads and will only been seen by those who would have an interest in it, i was among 8 others.[:)]

Mine hasn't gone in the paper yet, so I don't think they do them weekly here.
