Advice re missed payment (Covid 19)

At the end of last year, my IVA company moved me to a new company with a new supervisor (I’m currently in my fourth year). This new company are awful - they never respond to my emails and despite me providing all paperwork for my annual review in February, I’ve heard nothing back and have had no statement to show where my money has been going.
For four years I’ve never missed a payment and followed all the rules but I emailed them at the beginning of a April to tell them I couldn’t make May’s payment because my husband and I have both had to take pay cuts due to Coronavirus. Six weeks on and no response (despite chasers) and another payment is due out shortly and I’m terrified that my IVA will fail if I don’t make this month’s payment as I haven’t had their authority for a payment break - what should I do? Should I get myself in debt to continue the payments or just not pay? Please help.
