i am going to apply for a permanent residency by october.and my iva case is on going on i think my ip will still have to meet my creditors,does will this will interfere my application for residency or will the home office will see my records

Hi again
This is something you really need to confirm with the Home Office directly, but my view is that an IVA is unlikely to affect your residency application.
